Clothing Inspection Requirements (shirts, Polo shirts)

 Spread out the clothes comprehensively and check if all parts are ironed smoothly
 Check if the washing label at the neckline position is complete, without damage or detachment (usually 2 labels)
 Check if the collar is intact, without damage or missing fabric
 Check if the buttons are all present, if there are scratches or damages on the buttons, and if there are spare buttons on each piece of clothing (the shirt is at the hem and the polo shirt is at the side), the buttons should be slightly pulled down to see if they will come off

 Check the pocket and ensure that the stitches are neat and the pocket is not crooked. For those with two pockets, please note that the left and right pockets must be flush
 Check if there are excessive wrinkles at the back neckline
 Check if the trademark is complete, usually one sleeve at the chest. Pay attention to whether the trademark position and direction on the sleeve are correct
 Check if there is a reverse wheel on the left and right sleeves

 Thoroughly inspect the stitching of the entire garment to ensure there are no skipped stitches, broken threads, or loose threads. All thread ends should be trimmed clean, especially the buttons and the inside of the hem

 Thoroughly check the integrity of the entire garment, without any dirt, holes, runs, uneven dyeing, or white spots
 The length of the shirt front hem should be consistent. The hem of the Polo shirt should be symmetrical on the left and right sides
 The packaging quantity for each small package is 6 pieces, and the quantity for each small package must be checked again after inspection

 When packing cardboard boxes, it is necessary to add gaskets on top and bottom to cover large bags. Shirts should use a 60 * 40 * 25cm box gauge, while Polo shirts and sweaters should use a 60 * 40 * 35cm box gauge. In principle, it should be possible to pack as much as possible without being empty

 If any defective products are encountered during the quality inspection process, they should be sorted out first and not repaired. After all quality inspections are completed, the quantity depends on the quantity. We can repair the single digit ones ourselves. If the number exceeds the single digit ones, we will return them to the factory for processing. If there are holes, uneven dyeing of the yarn, and exposed white, the corresponding number of problem points that cannot be repaired should be directly counted, and the washing label on the collar should be cut off and placed in the defective box. The quantity should also be counted for those returned to the factory for processing

 The corresponding weight of each Polo shirt number is as follows: M-214g, L-228g, XL-235g, 2XL-252g, ± 10g, which belongs to the normal range. During quality inspection, sampling and weighing should be carried out from time to time
